Nicole U.

Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Ohio University in 2012 and later graduated with honors from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, earning a Master’s degree in psychiatric advanced practice. With experience in a variety of clinical settings—including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and consult-liaison services, Nicole is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care. She believes that each individual is unique, and effective treatment must consider a range of biological and environmental factors. By prioritizing therapeutic relationships, she empowers patients to take an active role in their mental health journeys. Passionate about reducing stigma surrounding mental health, Nicole actively promotes a culture of understanding and support within the community. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
