Sarah F.

Sarah is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness. She graduated with her BSN from Murray State University in Murray, KY, and spent four years as a psychiatric nurse at Eastern State Hospital in Lexington, KY. In 2014, Sarah moved to Columbus, OH, where she worked as an RN at Columbus Springs Dublin and later at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Psychiatric Emergency Services while earning her MSN in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. After obtaining her PMHNP certification, Sarah began her career as a nurse practitioner at Columbus Springs East, serving as their outpatient provider from 2020 to 2024.Sarah values connection, creativity, and fostering a sense of community. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit circle of family and friends and pursuing various creative projects. Sarah is excited to work alongside Dr. Blair and our team at Optimum TMS & Wellness Suites. She looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients, helping them achieve mental wellness and a better quality of life.
